The Driveway Ramblers — Calvin Burgamy, J. Johnson and Tom Ramsey, have been regaling listeners with their nostalgic classics and original tunes since they emerged from the mosquito infested bog of Pine Lake, Ga.
The Global Village Project — serves refugee students who live in Clarkston, Ga. Akua Taylor, MA, is Music Teaching Artist in Residence at GVP, which is all about refugee girls’ learning and elevating their voices.

Joyce & Jacque —Jacque Howard and Joyce Williams from Atlanta are a spiritual, original and powerful folk duo who have shared the stage with powerhouse singers Aretha Franklin, Gladys Knight, The Pointer Sisters, Sweet Honey in the Rock, Nina Simone, and Odetta. They have earned many awards, including the New South Music Award for Best Folk Band and the NAACP Freedom Fund Award honoring their contribution to black music
Wild Angels— the inspiring music of Emily Backus, with the smooth country harmonies of her band, the Wild Angels.
Melanie Hammet, Cindy Diamond and Ann Duckworth singing hymns of this America: “All of the music, none of the guilt,” for pagans, presbyterians, puritans, and just regular ole’ people.
The Mar-Tans — were founded by keyboardist/singer Matt Wauchope, drummer Terrence Prather, and Melvin Zachery on bass. They were the longtime rhythm section of Sean Costello. The band plays New Orleans Funk and R&B along the lines of Professor Longhair and the Funky Meters. To keep things interesting, they mix in Memphis Soul, originals, jazz, blues, and latin flavors.
