Required Documentation

All applications must include:

  • Valid Georgia Board of Health Permit

  • Most recent Georgia Board of Health Inspection Report

  • Liability insurance listing Pine LakeFest, Inc. as "Additional Insured"

  • Complete menu with pricing for festival items

  • Photos of your setup and food offerings

Important Requirements

  • Maximum setup space: 20 feet in length

  • Food packaging must be compostable/biodegradable

  • No water sales permitted (LakeFest exclusive)

  • Hand sanitizer required at each vendor location

  • Fire extinguishers mandatory on-site

Vendor Space Details

Food trucks are welcome, or bring your own professional tent setup. Non-truck vehicles must be moved to designated parking after unloading. Festival staff will assist with the unloading process to keep vendor areas accessible.

Health & Safety Commitment

LakeFest prioritizes public health with enhanced spacing between vendors, contactless payment encouragement, and strict adherence to DeKalb County Board of Health standards.
