All applications must include:
Valid Georgia Board of Health Permit
Most recent Georgia Board of Health Inspection Report
Liability insurance listing Pine LakeFest, Inc. as "Additional Insured"
Complete menu with pricing for festival items
Photos of your setup and food offerings
Important Requirements
Maximum setup space: 20 feet in length
Food packaging must be compostable/biodegradable
No water sales permitted (LakeFest exclusive)
Hand sanitizer required at each vendor location
Fire extinguishers mandatory on-site
Vendor Space Details
Food trucks are welcome, or bring your own professional tent setup. Non-truck vehicles must be moved to designated parking after unloading. Festival staff will assist with the unloading process to keep vendor areas accessible.
Health & Safety Commitment
LakeFest prioritizes public health with enhanced spacing between vendors, contactless payment encouragement, and strict adherence to DeKalb County Board of Health standards.
