PET RESCUE
Visit Peach Pug Rescue and LifeLine Animal Project at the East end of the Park under the trees!
It is a LakeFest tradition to have adoptable pets at every
festival. We are excited to announce that Georgia Peach Pug
Rescue will be bringing adoptable dogs to LakeFest 2025!
The volunteers and pugs will be here for both days of LakeFest, so you’ll have plenty of time to meet them (and find a new best friend?) They have also promised to march with us in the Pet Parade! To march with us, bring your leashed pet to LakeFest on Saturday, October 11 at 2:15 pm. (See Pet Parade and Contest for details). Join LakeFest’s favorite parade and meet some pugs!
Georgia Peach Pug Rescue is a nonprofit service organization. Their purpose is to rescue pugs from a variety of situations and place them in volunteer foster homes where they will live while they receive the emotional, behavioral, medical, and nutritional care necessary to prepare them for transition to their permanent homes. https://www.facebook.com/georgiapeachpugrescue

We are so pleased that LifeLine Animal Project volunteers will once again be bringing adoptable pets to LakeFest this October and will be marching in the Pet Parade on Saturday! Be sure to stop by the LifeLine booth to learn about their many services for owners and animals in metro Atlanta. Your pet will thank you! We’re looking forward to seeing LifeLine at LakeFest… We’re In!
